I’ve struggled with disordered eating since I was a teenager, and it really peaked in 2020 with a cycle of restriction, over-exercising, and eventually bingeing and purging. I was also on birth control from 15 to 24, which I now realize was masking a lot of what was going on underneath.
When I stopped in 2024, my period didn’t come back for a full year. I went through a lot of testing and saw multiple doctors, but was told it may not return naturally and was advised to go back on birth control.
I felt lost, so I started learning everything I could about hormones, nutrition, stress, and my nervous system. I focused on nourishing my body, cutting back on over-exercising, and actually supporting my recovery instead of fighting against my body.
Eventually, my cycle came back. That experience is what led me to create this program—to help other women restore their period and feel less alone in the process.

A: Every body is different. Some women see changes quickly, while others need more time. The goal of this course is to help you create consistent habits that support true healing and long-term health.
A: This course is for women struggling with a missing period, hypothalamic amenorrhea (HA), over-exercising, under-eating, chronic dieting, burnout, or feeling disconnected from their body and health.
A: Healing is not linear. Even if your cycle hasn’t returned yet, progress still matters. Many women notice improvements in energy, mindset, digestion, sleep, and body trust before their period fully returns.
